This post is brought to you by our sponsor, “Always Eat After 7 PM”. The opinions expressed are solely my own.
Over the last few weeks, it has been a bit of a struggle, but I have still made small steps toward my goals listed in Dieting Done Right.
Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion has made my life so much easier. I have seen changes in my weight, it has been easier for me to breathe. It has also been less painful on my joints to be active with my kids.
I feel like a different person. I have been able to stay more focused to be able to get work done quicker. I have also been able to take on extra projects with the kids I normally would be too tired for. This book, this way of life, it has seriously brought up a ton of questions I never thought I would be asking myself.

Something else I am loving about Always Eat is the recipes. There is such a variety but one that stood out to me was the Lemon Blueberry Protein Bars. I have always loved the combination of citrus and other fruits, so this was perfect. So simple to make, but tastes as if it came from a gourmet bakery.
Another great thing is the templates throughout the book to help you plan your menus as well as your shopping lists. Just another way this is beyond easy to stick with.
Something else I have done for years and puts a smile on my face knowing it was a good step is “One of the simplest 3-Minute Fat-Burning Morning Rituals, lemon water is a glass of water mixed with the juice of one half of a lemon. This drink provides all the benefits of regular drinking water, which supports weight loss, digestive health, physical performance, and cognitive function.”

Most people believe this doesn’t help in any way, but it really does. The citrus has it’s own qualities working side by side with the water to give you that much more improvement.

On a quick closing note for this week, I just wanted to add, not only can you learn more about the book and how to purchase here, but don’t forget “Late-night eating also curbs calorie intake the next day. In a four-week study, dieters added a snack to their daily regimen 90 minutes after dinner every night, and check this out: late-night eaters ate an average of 397 fewer calories per day.” and “Specific higher-carbohydrate foods (including berries and cherries) support your fat-burning metabolism while you sleep, providing your body with a steady stream of fuel throughout the night.

The trick is knowing how to combine them with other evening and pre-bedtime fat-burning foods to fuel your metabolism as you sleep.”
